How long does a withdrawal take?
Cryptocurrency transfer involves 3 stages: Withdrawn ➞ Blockchain Confirmations ➞ Deposited.
1) Sent from ViaWallet Developers: Once the withdrawal has been requested, our system will perform internal checks. If it's not sent after a long time, please submit a ticket to contact us.
2) Block confirmations: You can find the TXID in ViaWallet Developers withdrawal record section and use it to track your transaction. You may also enter your withdrawal address in block explorers to find the TXID and check transaction status.
3) Deposited to the receiving platform: The withdrawal is confirmed on the blockchain and marked as "Success" or "Completed".
Note: If the withdrawal is sent from ViaWallet Developers but is not received, please contact the receiving platform for clarification.
Is there a minimum or maximum withdrawal limit?
ViaWallet Developers sets a minimum withdrawal limit of 1.1 USDT. No maximum limit is specified.
Do I need to pay withdrawal fees?
For each withdrawal from ViaWallet Developers, a certain amount of withdrawal fees will be charged depending on network conditions. Currently, the withdrawal fee is 1 USDT.
How many withdrawals can I make?
Currently, there is a withdrawal frequency limit on ViaWallet Developers. ONLY 1 withdrawal can be made per account per day.
What should I do if the withdrawal is not received?
If the withdrawal is submitted successfully but no TXID is generated after a long time, please submit a ticket to contact us.
Can I withdraw funds to a smart contract address?
ViaWallet Developers doesn't support sending cryptos to smart contract addresses. Assets sent to a smart contract address will be lost, and ViaWallet Developers will not be able to retrieve them. Please be careful when requesting a withdrawal.
What if I withdraw to the wrong address?
All transactions on blockchains are irreversible. Once it's sent, only the receiver can return the funds back to you. ViaWallet Developers will not be able to help if you withdraw to a wrong address. In this case, it is recommended to contact the receiving platform for further assistance. If you don't know who owns the receiving address, your asset loss will be permanent and non-refundable.
