Why hasn’t the payments credited in my wallet?
Using ViaWallet to receive payments requires confirmations from the network and no one can interfere in this duration. Can I cancel a ongoing payment?
This depends on the recipient platform. Generally, once the transaction ID is trackable on the block explorer, it cannot be cancelled in the duration.
