What should I do when send/receive tokens using ViaWallet?

How do I check whether the payments have been credited to my wallet?
Once you’ve sent cryptocurrencies to the address generated by the ViaWallet, you can check the status of this payment in the wallet display area.

What is a transaction ID?
Transaction ID, also known as transaction hash, is a long string of characters contains the transaction details (such as amount of crypto sent, sending/receiving crypto address, the date of transfer) can be found on the blockchain with the unique and unchanged features. 

How to find the transaction ID?
You can check the transaction details in the block explorer according to the transaction ID from the payment platform.

Why can’t I find the transaction ID?
Congestion on the blockchain might occur occasionally, which leads to the delay of generating transaction ID.  In this case, please wait patiently and check it later in the block explorer.

If you can't find the transaction ID for a certain amount of time, please contact the recipient platform to confirm the status of this transaction.

What is the confirmation number?
Confirmation number refers to the process in which the transaction is included in the block and added to the blockchain. When a transaction has been included in a block and then added to the blockchain, it gets a confirmation.

The confirmation number of a transaction ID represents the blocks number of the transaction. Generally speaking, sending status of a transaction is related to the confirmation number it has received on the blockchain.
