Common scam tactics
1. Send direct messages first to offer "help"
Scammers pose as official support of the platform on Telegram. They will DM you first and offer to "resolve" the problem — a disguise to phish for account credentials such as private keys or mnemonic phrases.
Reminder: ViaWallet official support will only respond AFTER you've sent us direct messages. No one can recover your assets if you lose your mnemonic phrases or fall victim to asset theft.

2. Inform users of a "reward" in direct messages
During official events, scammers pose as customer support and inform you of a "reward" in direct messages. They will then lure you into providing personal information, or visiting phishing websites, etc. in order to steal your assets.
